Starting an apprenticeship training programme

After discussing your business needs and potential apprenticeship role, we will make a recommendation about the specific programme of learning most suitable.

We will take you through the knowledge, skills and behaviours apprentices will gain whilst on the course and your role in supporting and directing the apprentices' work.

Our programmes are designed around a job role so apprentices apply their learning at work to benefit the business.

Apprentices will attend off the job training, usually via on-line workshops and masterclasses with some scheduled face-to-face sessions. You will have a link tutor to provide regular updates on your apprentices progress and we will support you and your apprentice through the End Point Assessment process

WE OFFER

Employer investment

If you’re a levy-paying employer, you can use the funds to pay for apprenticeship training and assessment. If you’re not, then the Government will heavily subsidise it by contributing 95% of the cost. If your apprentice is aged 16 to 21, there is no cost. If your apprentice is aged 16 to 18 you could receive an a incentive payment from the Government
